A cross-platform mobile application built with React Native, available on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. The app enables veterinarians to record detailed surgical case data in the field, while horse owners can submit post-operative follow-up surveys at specific intervals. The solution supports automated email reminders for survey submissions and secure role-based access for multiple users per case.

App submission and maintenance involved preparing store assets, privacy policies and compliance documentation for both App Store and Google Play Store.
