Spanning the full breadth of the University’s research domains, our RSEs are also specialists in High Performance Computing, ensuring your projects are backed-up with cutting-edge technology and know-how.

We prioritise best practices — software design, version control, testing, and more — empowering researchers to independently continue their work long after our collaboration formally ends.

Working in synergy with the Software Engineering team, our RSEs engage in projects that are experimental, prototypic, or target specific research questions requiring in-depth domain knowledge. Our RSEs immerse themselves in the subject matter to enhance collaboration and contribute effectively to your research.
